RETURNS

Returning Nonprescription Items:
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any non-prescription item shipped, keeping the following in mind:

You must return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.

We will also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $8.00-$22.00 per item may apply.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Return Instructions
1. Verify whether or not your order was shipped by Family Home Health Supply or drop shipped to you from the manufacturer.  
2.  Contact our office via email at sales@familyhealthsupply.com
Include all relevant information including your order number, name, address, phone number, email address, item ordered, and problem with item.  
A Customer Care Specialist will respond to your message as quickly as possible.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  We will replace the damaged/defective items in your order. In some cases, we may request that you send the damaged/defective items back to us, while in other cases we will request that you dispose of the items appropriately.
Please do not throw away your damaged/defective items until you have spoken with a Customer Care Specialist.
To have this issue resolved in the most time efficient manner, we ask that you contact a Customer Care Specialist by e-mailing us using the following address: sales@familyhealthsupply.com
In your e-mail, please include the following information:

Your order number.
The name of the product you received damaged or defective.
Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement order.
A Customer Care Specialist will respond to your message as quickly as possible


Returning Prescription Items
If your prescription order was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at
sales@familyhealthsupply.com

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on prescription items.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only. Please return the unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Items returned without original packaging may not be refunded.
